With a lifetime in electronic media, Ian has extensive experience in producing and directing a wide variety of eLearning solutions. His 26 years of production management have earnt VMP eLearning a trusted reputation, as well as the commendation of our clients.

Katy Chippendale

eLearning Developer

Katy is one of our post production specialists. She is exceptionally talented and skilled in the use of the Adobe Creative Cloud, as well as both Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline for eLearning productions.

Jordan Randle

Production Manager

Jordan graduated in 2019 from QUT with a Bachelor of Fine Arts majoring in Film, Television & New Media Production. She has spent the past few years developing her skills alongside industry professionals, even picking up a gig with Netflix! As Production Manager, Jordan will oversee your project from start to finish ensuring you end up with a fantastic result.

Damien Grealy

Producer & Director

Damien has produced a wide range of corporate, promotional and live videos as well as has experience in both directing and editing. As a producer for VMP, Damien is inspired to create meaning from beautiful images and see projects through from start to end that aim to exceed client expectations.

Cindy van der Kreek

Animator & Visual Effects Artist

Cindy is our incredible animator ready to bring your vision to life. She joined VMP in 2021 after Graduating from Griffith Film School with a Bachelor's degree in Animation. Cindy has a strong passion for 2D animation having worked on various projects and is always excited kick things in motion with graphics and titles.
