VMP eLearning

17th November 2021. Brisbane, Australia – Today VMP eLearning are proud to announce that we have received two Learn X awards for our collaboration with the Australian Army’s LWC (Land Warfare Centre). We have received a GOLD award for Best Talent Partnership category which celebrated the collaborative relationship VMP eLearning and the Australian Army have created over the last year and a half through the development of high quality eLearning products. Additionally, VMP eLearning and LWC were awarded PLATINUM in the Best Leadership Capability Project for the Combat Military Appreciation Process (CMAP) eLearning course.

“VMP eLearning is so excited to have been given the opportunity to collaborate with such an iconic institution like the Australian Army”, VMP eLearning’s General Manager, Natalie Howatson said.

“The fact that we get to implement creative solutions like VR, 360 video and animations that educate and inspire a huge cohort across Australia is an experience we are thankful for, and to be recognised at the LearnX Awards really is a testament to the relationships we’ve built together with LWC.”

Our work with LWC over the last year aims to enhance the online training offered by Army to their soldier (WONCO) and officer (OTW) cohorts. VMP eLearning’s team of media specialists have been able to form strong bonds with instructors and project managers across Army and have worked together to deliver structured solutions that meet their educational and instructional design needs.

VMP eLearning’s Director of Education and Learning Strategies, Dr. Ruth Schwarzenböck said “Assisting the LWC on their path to a future ready training environment has been a fantastic experience. It is a joy to see them excited to apply progressive pedagogical approaches based on educational theories and research together with latest technology. Their experience together with our expertise is the perfect combination to create a next level learning environment and we are excited to be a part of that!”

Again in 2021, the awards were held at a virtual summit due to COVID-19. We hope that at some point, VMP eLearning gets to represent at the awards in person, but for now – we’re incredibly proud of all the work our team has done to deserve these awards. Congratulations to the other award winners across the board – VMP eLearning is certainly in good company!
